American Actress, Model Aj Alexander Biography

Amanda Jane Herrmann (born September 16, 1980) is an American model and actress, better known by her stage name, AJ Alexander. She was the Playmate of the Month for the May 2008 issue of Playboy magazine. She made her film debut in the comedy American Summer, in which she played a deaf DJ.

Prior to being selected as a Playmate, Alexander appeared in Playboy Special Editions Hot Housewives and Sexy 100 in 2007.

During the shoot of American Summer, Alexander was encouraged to pose for the magazine by former Playmate Jennifer Walcott. Alexander sent in pictures to Playboy and was eventually selected as Miss May 2008. Alexander's pictorial had a NASCAR theme and featured her as a driver and a mechanic of a customized Nissan 350Z for Playboy Racing. Her pictorial and centerfold were shot by photographer Arny Freytag.

Alexander has 2 tattoos; the one on her right wrist is the Chinese character for "love", and the other is an off-center lower back tattoo of a butterfly just above her right butt cheek. She has 2 sons. She splits her time between her sons in Evansville and her career in California.
