Stepping out for a social call, Kate Winslet was spotted dining in London, England last night December 28. The "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" actress looked cute and casual as she left Scott's restaurant with an unidentified male friend. Kate has a little time in mother England for the holidays, while her children are backin the U.S. for school.
