Sharod Lamor White born 2 November 1981 in James Island, South Carolina is an American football wide receiver playing for the Atlanta Falcons in the National Football League. White went on James Island High School in Charleston, South Carolina, and was a four-sport Letterman and outstanding in football, baseball, football and wrestling.

White immediately saw action in his rookie campaign. He ranked fourth among all rookie receivers in 2005. Roddy White was the first Falcon WR since 1999 to reach one thousand single-season receiving yards on 23 December 2007.

Roddy White had a catch of 26 yards and 1 rush for 7 yards in the 2009 Pro Bowl. He finished the 2009 season with 85 receptions,1153 yards and a career-high 11 touchdowns. Roddy White led the Pro Bowl in 2010 with 8 catches for 84 yards.
